Food - Breathe - Life

If one was to get in touch with one’s own breath & then fast (dry fast ideally, water and juice fast secondary) one can see the voids in one’s own system more clearly.

one = you = I

You can see that you've been eating a certain way to maintain a familiar level of pressure on your lungs.

If you eat emotionally (what you "feel" like eating) or eat comfort foods you force the breath into a certain breathing algorithm that your current identity is comfortable with and repetitive in flow and confining breath and normalizing the confining breath.

It's like an respirator that steadies your breath for you.

If you do consistent extensive breathwork for 100 days & then fast you can see the emotional & energetic voids in your system .

You won't be comfortable with full diaphragmatic expansion & the control that comes with the ability to expand & contract that much.

You have to recalibrate & gradually transform your diet & your breathing pattern over years.

But most choose to fill the metaphysical voids with physical foods & expand those voids via atrophy & neglect.

You never realize how deeply you can breathe until you quit inflammatory foods, clear out the plaque, do consistent breathwork & fast.

Much clarity of vibration can be known and much wisdom gained in a calmness and peacefulness when the breath is mastered and flowing.
