Timeline Jumping is probably misnamed. It's about understanding the unreality of TimeSpace and deepening into the Eternal Now-Hereness of All. In truth, we don't 'jump' anywhere, but align our awareness to a frequency within the All.

The loss of memory that many older people experience may be because they have done so much Timeline Jumping.

Timeline Loops

1) A loop happens when an event in one timeline triggers ripple events in parallel timelines which eventually trigger the same, or similar, rippling events in the first timeline.

Imagine dominoes in a circle, perpetually knocking each other over.

2) The initiating event may be a physical action, thought, emotion or a series of these, which become repetitive or 'stuck' because of the loop.

Trauma emotion is especially likely to create loops because it has such a strong rippling effect.

3) The loop has an internal momentum which collects energy to itself. It may become heavy, sticky, tangled. It can be a bit like a spider's web.

The reason governments engage in so much bureaucracy is because the ritualised reputation creates loops.

4) The Matrix loves loops because it gives them more control, over more timelines. Think of knots tied in the layers of energy we call timelines, stopping flow.

So trauma, bureaucracy, ritual, laws, and routine are some of the ways the Matrix encourages loops.

5) The Matrix also loves putting people in prison, hospital, school and retirement homes because of the loop creation. The heavy 'ghost' energy we may feel in an old hospital, for example, even if now disused, is loop energy still reverberating on other timelines.

6) We know we are in a loop whenever we feel 'stuck'.

Routine can be a valuable tool for productivity, but if it is accompanied by repetitive thought or emotion, we may be stuck in a loop. Our entire life, from birth to death, pay be a loop. And there are loops within loops.

7) Loops may be recognised by a feeling of heaviness, as though you are trying to wade through glue. We've all experienced that feeling in government offices or schools. There's a dreary, defeated feeling of doom or inevitability surrounding those caught in loops.

8) The only way to break out of loops is to take anomalous action. This means doing something unexpected that surprises even yourself. A simple change in routine, moving the furniture around, going to a new restaurant, or starting a new hobby may be enough to break a loop.

9) But some loops are deeper and harder to break. And, as I mentioned, there are also loops within loops. These may require more anomalous action, over a longer period, to break free from.

11) Creativity is the best remedy for loops. Loops cannot withstand lateral or 'outside the box' thinking. A small act of creativity can have a ripple effect across more timelines than we will ever know, freeing energy on more levels than we realize.

12) Bells and chimes seem to have a frequency which may help dissolve time loops and can be very helpful.

Another reason we may sometimes (often) seem to be invisible to people is they are caught in timeline loops which don't allow for anomalies. It's important we keep shining as we may be just the anomaly/creative spanner-in-the-works they need to break out of their loop.
