These links will walk you through what MK ULTRA is and how it is used. The CIA's website has detailed information which has been declassified for humanities reading and disclosure. The information is available and here are links to help make it a little easier to investigate.

Loved ones. Couple of things to share with the collective. Love and compassion to those who are victims of unnecessary events created and caused by MKULTRA. Many agendas at play. MK ULTRA Is said on the CIA website to have been shut down in the 1970's. That is not true, it still exists today in a more massive and invasive way than any of these documents from the CIA disclose.

1.) Divide the humans so they cannot unite against the elite.
2.) Distract the humans so they can’t see that there is a war occurring for their Souls.
3.) Instill fear into humans, they are easier to manipulate and control when they are afraid.
4.) While dividing the humans, get them to beg the controlled puppets of the elite in government to take their guns away, then it will be easier to remove the humans who have woken up from the enslaved dream state. (In response to false flag shootings)

What can we do to counter all of this? Love. Love ourselves, we give “them” power when we are in power vibrations of fear, hate, depression, unworthiness, jealousy, etc. raise your vibration to love. Have compassion for those involved and for yourself and your reactions. Forgive. Forgiven and then forgive.
